InternationalSIM, ReiseSIM, Travel-Connectivity, Roam-On

SIM cards

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase provided they meet the following criteria.

  • Any data plan loaded onto the SIM has not been activated.
  • The SIM card has not been inserted into a device.
  • The SIM chip has not been removed from the SIM card holder.

Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 10 days from receipt and can take a further 10 days to appear in your account.

Defective SIM cards or Data plans: If in the very rare case you encounter an issue with your SIM or data plan that we are unable to resolve, a full refund will be given without the need to return it to us.


eSIM

Cancelations are accepted within 14 days of purchase provided they meet the following criteria.

  • Any data plan loaded onto the eSIM has not been activated.
  • The eSIM has not been loaded onto a device.

Cancelations are processed within 10 days from receipt and can take a further 10 days to appear in your account.

Defective eSIM or Data plans: If in the very rare case you encounter an issue with your eSIM or data plan that we are unable to resolve, a full refund will be given.


Top-Up's

Top-Up's are activated immediately after purchase and therefore cannot be canceled or refunded.


Mifi

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase provided they meet the following criteria.

  • The MiFi has not been opened and any seal remains intact.
  • The MiFi and its box is returned in the same condition it was sent.

Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 10 days from receipt and can take a further 10 days to appear in your account.

Defective MiFi: If in the very rare case you encounter an issue with your MiFi that we are unable to resolve within the Warranty, a replacement will be provided free of charge. If a replacement or equivalent (at our discretion) cannot be provided, a refund will be offered.
