At InternationalSIM, we stand behind our travel connectivity services. We offer a transparent 14-day money-back guarantee to ensure you can prepare for your journey with absolute peace of mind.

Because we offer both digital products (eSIMs) and physical items (traditional plastic SIM cards & MiFi hardware), our refund conditions vary depending on the product type. Please find the detailed terms below:

1. Digital Products (eSIMs)

Our eSIM profiles are delivered instantly via automated transactional email right after your purchase.

  • Eligibility Window: You are fully eligible for a 14-day refund from the date of purchase.
  • Condition Criteria: A full refund will be issued only if the eSIM QR code profile has not been scanned, registered, or activated on any mobile device. Once an eSIM is actively scanned and attached to a device's hardware profile, the data allocation is initialized with the network, and the item can no longer be returned.
  • Technical Failures: If your eSIM is scanned but experiences an unresolvable technical network connection error while at your destination, you are eligible for a replacement bundle or full refund. To qualify, you must contact our support team at [email protected] while at your destination so we can verify the carrier network logs and technical status.

2. Physical Products (SIM Cards & MiFi Router Devices)

  • Eligibility Window: You have 14 days from the official carrier delivery date to request a return.
  • Condition Criteria: Physical triple-cut SIM cards and MiFi router kits must be returned unopened, unused, intact, and in their original plastic framing/packaging. We cannot issue refunds for physical SIM cards that have been detached from their plastic frame or inserted into a device tray.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Processing Fees

  • Restocking Fees: InternationalSIM charges €0.00 (Zero) restocking or administrative fees on all valid approved returns.
  • Return Shipping Responsibility: For physical item returns, the customer is responsible for the postage costs associated with shipping the physical item back to our primary warehouse facility in the Netherlands. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To start your request, please use one of our official support channels:

5. Refund Processing Timelines

Once your return request is validated by our customer team (or your physical return is received and audited at our warehouse), your refund will be authorized immediately.

  • Payment Methods: The funds will be credited automatically back to the original payment surface used during your checkout (including iDEAL, Bancontact, Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal).
  • Processing Time: It typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the transaction to post to your bank balance or credit card statement, depending entirely on your financial institution's processing cycles.
